BCCOP was established in 2018 by Kenyan Business Continuity Management Professionals of extensive experience. We have developed a BCM framework that is relevant to this market, based on best practices.

Our focus is on BCM and information security which go hand in hand. Our consultants are all certified by and are members of BCI at various levels.

From 2004 and under a different organization, the lead BCM planners were fully involved in the delivery of various projects listed in our Projects Done page.

BCCOP will continue to carry out BCM resilience planning for customers. In addition, BCCOP is planning to offer, directly or through qualified partners pertinent Business resilience solutions.
